For someone who has worked as a consultant for Freshworks formerly Freshdesk from 2011 to 2017, I have seen the product evolve over the years. I have represented Freshdesk at many events and tradeshows. In the early days, people had no idea about Freshdesk. However, in the following years, we had customers come up to us and say how great the product is and why they love Freshdesk. In 2017 Freshworks formerly Freshdesk is the undisputed leader in the customer service industry with multiple products Freshdesk, Freshservice, Freshsales etc.

Even though I have been a Freshdesk consultant from the early years, I have always been passionate about the product and serving customers. Helping a startup scale required wearing multiple hats, being the product consultant and demo’ing freshdesk was something I loved and did it over and over.

Now, working on my startup Cloudchoice and helping clients re-invent their business. I am still passionate about solving business problems, especially anything related to customer service. Cloudchoice has created multiple partnership to solve many business problems in many aspects of business like Customer Service, IT helpdesk, Marketing, Sales, etc.. However, being customer service focussed I could not stay away from showing our clients how Freshdesk can help them solve their business problems.
