Looking Back, Looking Forward
We are now one week into 2019, and we hope everybody is off to a great start!
While we are very excited to start off the new year, we want to take a moment and reflect back on what happened in 2018, and why we are so excited for 2019! At the beginning of 2018, CloudChoice was a reseller for Freshworks products. We were providing Freshworks consultation and assisting clients with implementations of Freshworks solutions. However, we realized that we had an opportunity to expand past just a reseller.
Our clients were using several different Freshdesk products for different tasks, such one for sales and another for support. They wanted these programs to work better together. CloudChoice came up with a solution – 3rd party plugins to bridge the connections between these products. That is when we pivoted our business from reselling software to offering custom development.
Here is an example of what we did. This is a Freshdesk portal we have made for a client. Clients always prefer that a tool for plugin they use should look like their own branding and design. Their customers feel more comfortable and trust their website more if they see consistent, well-designed branded webpages.
Our team got bigger, we got a new office, and we started to become a software custom development company. We have transitioned from a Freshworks reseller to Freshworks Solutions Partner. We are now simplifying everyday life and modernizing business by building:
- 3rd party app integrations
- Mobile apps
- Customized web portals
- Web-based applications
We have served many happy clients, such as Carlota di Gelato and Friends & Family Rewards. CloudChoice is committed to excellent customer service with expert experience and quick, effective implementation. We are also preparing to launch our own standalone product in 2019! We will continue to help small businesses automate and streamline their processes.
